Single Core Power Cable with Copper or Aluminum conductors from 0.75 Sq. mm to 400 Sq. mm armored or unarmored with GI Wire/ Strip & also non magnetic material and overall PVC sheathed.

 Two, three or four core cables with Copper or Aluminum conductors solid or stranded from 2.5 Sq. mm to 185 Sq. mm

 Three and a half core power cables with stranded Copper or Aluminum conductor from 25 Sp. mm to 400 Sq. mm Armored / Unarmored control cables single to 61 core of 1.5 Sq. mm and 2.5 Sq. mm with Copper or Aluminum conductors solid or stranded.

  Armored, Unarmoured control cables single to 19 cores of 4 Sq. mm, 6 Sq. mm and 10 Sq.mm with Copper / Aluminum conductors solid or stranded against customer's orders.

 Conductor Diameter :0.4 mm to 0.9 mm and Pairs :5to200 (Pairs)

  • RAW MATERIEL

  • We use the best raw materials available in the trade and use them in processes after thorough checking of characteristics and parameters as specified in respective specifications. CONDUCTOR: Copper or Aluminum, solid or stranded conforming to IS: 8130/1984.

  • PVC INSULATION: Of 70°C, 85°C & 105°C conductor temperature grade of PVC insulating compounds conforming to IS: 5831/1984. Type A PVC

  • ARMOUR: Galvanised mild Steel Wire or Strip conforming to IS: 3975/1967.

  • PVC SHEATH: PVC compound conforming to IS: 5831/1984 or 70ºC and 85ºC working with anti rodent / anti termite treatment wherever necessary under customer's requirement.

  • Current ratings conform to IS: 3961(Part-II) 1967.

Conductor

Electrolytic grade bright-annealed copper is the primary source of creating the excellent electricity. The Conductor stands are uniformly lined up by the ultra modern Conductor drawing, standing bunching facilities which makes it easy to strip and crisp at the time of installation.

Insulation

High insulation strength and dietetic strength is necessary to prevent leakage of electric current in use formulated Heat Resistance.
Heat Resistance Flame Retardant (HRFR) grade PVC Compound to insulate conductors, which ensures complete safety from shocks and short circuits.

Short Circuits

Automatic self-Centering is ensured with the intelligent microprocessor Controlled equipment enability to maintain the conductors perfectly in the center of PVC insulation providing the exact and equal perfected from all side of conductor.

Double Insulation

The non - Contaminated PVC is used as insulation in two layers as primary wall with one color and secondary wall as second color which further ensures double perfection and clean colour identification.

Consistence Quality
